We are so happy you’re here safely and are extremely delighted that you have chosen to stay with us. We want you to consider this vessel as your “home away from home,” even if it is just for a few days.

Our crew has attended to every detail to ensure a seamless charter experience and will continue to do so behind the scenes to make sure we surpass your expectations. Please feel free to make us aware of anything that may concern you or that you would like done differently.

Motor Yacht Eros strives to offer an all-around experience for everyone, from absolute relaxation to thrilling adventures, special family moments, and the ultimate escape from the “Real World.”

If you would like us to take photos for you throughout the trip, please let a crew member know, and we will make sure to capture all your special moments.

What Guests Should Do in an Emergency

1. Stay calm

  • Remain calm and listen to the crew.

  • Do not run, panic, or move around the yacht unnecessarily.

  • Do not return to your cabin for personal belongings.

2. Follow crew instructions

  • Follow instructions from the Captain and crew immediately.

  • Never argue with or ignore crew instructions during an emergency.

  • Stay with your group unless instructed otherwise.

3. Go to your muster station — Main Deck Aft

  • Proceed calmly to the designated muster station (Main Deck Aft).

  • Do not use elevators if the yacht has them.

  • Follow emergency signs and crew directions.

4. Take your lifejacket if instructed

  • Put it on correctly and wait for further instructions.

  • Do not inflate it inside the yacht unless instructed to do so.

5. Stay accounted for

  • Tell a crew member immediately if someone in your group is missing.

  • Do not leave the muster area unless instructed.

6. In case of fire

  • Raise the alarm or immediately tell a crew member.

  • Move away from the fire and smoke.

  • Stay low if there is heavy smoke.

  • Never try to fight the fire yourself.

7. If someone goes overboard

  • Immediately alert the crew.

  • Point toward the person in the water and keep them in sight, if safe to do so.

  • Never jump into the water to rescue them.

8. In case of evacuation

  • Take only what the crew instructs you to take.

  • Put on your lifejacket.

  • Stay together and follow crew instructions to the liferaft or evacuation point.

The Captain and crew will direct all emergency procedures. Follow their instructions at all times.
